Present, future and past

I am a historian specialized in women’s religious history between the Middle Ages and the Modern Age.

I employ Digital Humanities methodology to create research outcomes, always founding them in archival materials.

I work on the history of religious bodily techniques, altered states of consciousness such as mystical-ecstatic states, the history of monasticism, the history of food, and the history of medicine. I am a GLBTQI+ activist and try to collaborate and participate in or create initiatives in the cities where I live and work.

In the future, my vision is to utilize the methods of inquiring into archival sources that are still relatively unrecognized to the curious, students, enthusiasts, and scholars.
