Dobbiamo smettere di creare Chef Clown, lo spettacolo non è un lavoro reale.

 Quando decidi di intraprendere questa strada, devi essere pronto a sposarla. 

È un lavoro duro, dove non c’è tempo per lo spettacolo. 

Cominciamo nuovamente a insegnare e ad allenare i giovani talenti per raggiungere gli standard di cucina appropriati e smettiamo di far credere che sia facile essere chiamati Chef. 

Oggi ci sono troppi “Chef” e non più “Cuochi”.

We need to stop creating Clown Chefs; the show is not a real job.

When you decide to embark on this path, you must be prepared to fully commit to it.

It’s a demanding job where there is no time for a show.

Let’s start teaching and training young talents again to achieve the proper culinary standards and let’s stop making them believe that it’s easy to be called a Chef.

Today, there are too many “Chefs” and not enough “Cooks”.
