Vietnam is preparing to host one of the most significant gastronomic events in its history: the 8th edition of Dinner Incredible, a celebration of haute cuisine featuring the participation of 13 internationally renowned Michelin-starred chefs.
An extraordinary event, that marks the first Vietnamese stop of the Dinner Incredible series, following its success in several Asian and European cities.

This initiative is promoted by Sardinian chef Giorgio Diana, founder of Dinner Incredible, together with chef Michael Bao Huynh—well-known ambassador of Vietnamese cuisine—in collaboration with 100 Flavors Hospitality. It is a multi-handed gastronomic celebration, but also a dynamic cultural exchange: a tribute to Vietnam’s culinary heritage and a showcase that aims to bring Vietnam onto the global stage of fine dining.
The two scheduled gala dinners are:
- November 26 in Ho Chi Minh City: at La Vela Saigon Hotel, in collaboration with 100 Flavors.
- November 28 in Hue: a six-hand dinner by Giorgio Diana, Jacob Jan Boerma, and Michael Bao at Hue Times Square.

Each evening will feature a tasting menu jointly crafted by the participating chefs: dishes in which international techniques and local ingredients blend harmoniously, with special attention to selected Vietnamese seafood. The event will be enriched by the presence of distinguished guests, including culinary ambassadors, local authorities, and key figures from the business world, underscoring the global character of the initiative.
“Dinner Incredible is a bridge — a place where ideas, cutting-edge techniques, and personal stories meet through the universal language of food”.
— Chef Giorgio Diana
“We are deeply proud to highlight Vietnam not only as an exceptional tourist destination but as a rising star on the world gastronomy map”.
— Chef Michael Bao Huynh

The goals for the Dinner Incredible format in 2026 are ambitious: numerous dates have already been set both in Italy—where at least two events are planned in prestigious locations—and in Asia, with a calendar that will include at least four gala dinners.

“I would love to bring Dinner Incredible to my Sardinia”, says Chef Giorgio Diana. “I would reunite in the Island some Sardinian chefs who today live and work around the world. I want to organize an entirely Sardinian Dinner Incredible, capable of showcasing local ingredients and the extraordinary skills of our chefs. I love Sardinia deeply, and I believe that making this project a reality would bring further prestige to the Island through its cuisine”.
